The Black Market is where Hayden can buy new weapons, sell old weapons or unwanted equipment, upgrade his weapons, or change his loadout.
After Hayden meets Yargo, Hayden is granted access to the Black Market, which can be entered by finding flashing sewer manholes with a white lotus painted onto them. Weapons can be purchased using rubles, which can be found scattered throughout the game. More weapons become unlocked for purchase in each subsequent chapter.
Only weapons can be bought at the Black Market. Ammo, grenades, and upgrades cannot be bought.
Unwanted grenades can be sold for 450 rubles each, and unwanted upgrades at 2,500 rubles each.
